Collection of Information
The information we collect about you depends on how you interact with us or use our Services. In this section, we describe the categories of information we collect and the sources of this information.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information directly from you when you sign up for ACP with Maxsip, create an account, fill out a form, communicate with us via third-party platforms, participate in a contest or promotion we may offer, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information that we collect include your name, email address, date of birth, postal address, phone number, other information necessary for ACP participation, and information that you otherwise choose to provide. To facilitate your receipt of ACP benefits and verify your eligibility, we collect the last four digits of your Social Security Number and certain information about government benefits you or someone in your household receives. If you make a purchase with us, including to provide the co-payment for your ACP device, we work with a third-party payment processor to process your payment.

We automatically collect certain information about your interactions with us or our Services, including:
● Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including device information, such as your hardware model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifiers, network status, and browser type. We also collect information about your activity on our Services (including our devices), such as access times, apps downloaded, links clicked, and data usage information.
● Customer Service Interactions: If you contact customer service through any chat feature we may offer, by text, or by phone, we may monitor and retain those conversations, including for training purposes.

● Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We use tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, and SDKs, to collect information about your interactions with the Services. These technologies help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and collect other analytics. For more information about the cookies and other tracking technologies we use, and the choices available to you, see the Your Choices section below.
Information We Collect from Other Sources
We obtain information from other sources. For example, we may collect information from advertising networks, data analytics providers, and mailing list providers. Targeted Advertising and Analytics
We engage others to deliver advertising targeted to your interests on other companies’ sites or mobile apps and to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your activity. To do so, these entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and mobile apps, including your IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information.
